Green Bean Sprouts
How to Use?
STEP 1Use a clean wide mouth mason jar. (Pls. notice our sprouting lids is just fit for 86mm Wide Mouth mason jar, NOT fit for Regular or Standard Mouth mason jar!) Adding the beans, and filling the mason jar with cool clean water | STEP 2Sock the beans for 8-12hours at room temperature. In the morning, strain off the water with a sprouting lid. Rinse well with filtered water and drain again. | STEP 3Place the jar away from sunlight upside-down at an angle. Repeat, drain the water through the sprouting lids at least twice a day. The whole process can take 2-5 days. | STEP 4Let sprouts grow to about an inch. Lentils, mung beans, chickpeas and adzuki are good at about a half-inch. |
